Piano Memories

Three original solo piano pieces. Three moments in a continuing story.

Written in a lighter chapter of my life, these pieces carry the hope of a fresh start, the stillness of reflection, and the freedom to imagine what comes next.

A keyboard my wife gave me for our fifth anniversary opened a new way to record. These songs grew from that gift—and from the same honest place where my music began.

Contemplation

A quiet pause between chapters. Space to look back, take stock, and recognize how far you have come.

03

Infinite Possibilities

An invitation to keep exploring. When you stop waiting for perfect, there is room for something new.

THE LIFE BEHIND THE NOTES

A piano. A family.
A reason to share.

I started playing as a teenager, finding my own way at the upright piano in our living room. I had no formal lessons—just feelings I needed somewhere to put, and melodies that helped me express them.

My mom encouraged me to record. Years later, my family helped me understand why those recordings deserved to be heard.

A SONG, A RING, AN OLD PIANO

Some memories become music.

When I wanted to ask Johnni to marry me, I wrote her a song. With candles glowing on the piano, I sang it to her, got down on one knee, and asked. She said yes.

That piano had carried me through difficult days. Now it was part of one of the happiest moments of my life.

THE NEXT GENERATION

Creativity is something we pass on.

After hearing my first album, my daughter went straight to that same piano and began making songs of her own. She was excited to create, record, and share.

That is what I hope to show her: keep exploring, keep creating, and let others hear what you make. Your work does not have to be perfect to mean something.

“It doesn’t have to be perfect.
It just has to be honest.”

WHERE IT ALL STARTED

Gorgeous Melodies

Fourteen original compositions, recorded as a teenager with a small recorder behind the piano. The room’s echo, the creaking bench, and the imperfections are part of their story.

I kept them tucked away for almost twenty years. Becoming a father helped me find the courage to share them—and to see that honest creativity can inspire someone else to begin.
